Tarver-Tatman

Lauren serves as bond counsel to government entities as well as corporate and not-for-profit obligors in conduit financings in connection with the issuance of taxable and tax-exempt debt obligations. Additionally, she acts as underwriter’s counsel, trustee’s counsel, counsel to purchasers of municipal bonds, and borrower’s counsel for an array of public finance transactions.

Prior to joining Jones Walker, Lauren was an assistant district attorney for the Caddo Parish District Attorney’s Office, where she also served as a section chief. In addition, she served as a member of the governor’s fiscal matters transition team and as an intern with the Louisiana Office of Financial Institutions. Lauren is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers.
