Logan Anderson is a government relations manager and advocates on behalf of clients before the Louisiana Legislature and other elected officials on a wide range of matters.
In his role, Logan works with the Louisiana government relations team on legislative and regulatory matters, including tracking and interpreting proposals for clients, and managing direct “on the ground” advocacy with elected representatives and public officials.
Before joining Jones Walker, Logan was the director of government affairs for the Baton Rouge Area Chamber, where he spearheaded state and local lobbying efforts for the economic development organization. He also ran a business-focused political action committee and was an integral part of many successful advocacy efforts on a wide variety of issues, including economic development and incentive policy infrastructure funding, education and workforce development, and property adjudication.
Logan is a member of the Association of Louisiana Lobbyists and is the former vice chair of the Louisiana Industrial Development Executives Association legislative committee. In addition, he served on East Baton Rouge Mayor-President Sharon Weston Broom’s infrastructure transition committee, the East Baton Rouge Complete Streets Advisory Committee (2018 chair), and the Capital Region Planning Commission Technical Advisory Committee.
