McClellan drafts, analyzes, and edits a wide range of legal documents, with particular experience relating to the dissolution of limited liability companies and new markets tax credit structures. Her transactional work includes tax credit projects and Mississippi development projects. McClellan’s research includes analysis of the tax structure and breaks in the US Virgin Islands.

While earning her law degree, McClellan was a member of the Volunteer Income Tax Association, the International Law Society, the Tulane Women in Law Society, the Older, Wiser Law Students, and Alternative Dispute Resolution Moot Court Team. She also received the CALI Academic Excellence Award in Civil Law Torts.
