Wollermann

Nick works with attorneys and clients on legislative, regulatory, and public policy matters affecting businesses, industry groups, and governmental entities. He focuses on legislative and regulatory analysis, policy research, government affairs strategy, and advocacy initiatives with experience spanning administrative law, economic development, cybersecurity, financial technology, education policy, and emerging industries.

Before joining Jones Walker, Nick was a senior consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton, supporting Department of Defense cybersecurity and regulatory compliance initiatives and advising on federal policy and administrative law. He worked closely with government stakeholders on regulatory frameworks and compliance issues affecting government contractors and other highly regulated industries.

He also brings nearly a decade of experience from congressional offices and political campaigns, where he handled legislative affairs, public policy, and strategic communications. Nick has firsthand insight into the policymaking process, constituent engagement, and the development and implementation of legislative and regulatory initiatives.
