Nicolas

Maggio

Nicolas is a member of the firm’s energy litigation team. He assists clients with energy, maritime, construction, and legislative matters.

Before joining Jones Walker, he worked for a boutique firm practicing business litigation for clients involved in partnership, corporate, contractual, and real estate disputes. Nicolas graduated magna cum laude from South Texas College of Law.

Prior to attending law school, Nicolas worked for 10 years as an engineer for a control valve manufacturer in several departments, including sales, service, product management, and marketing. Nicolas is familiar with various industries, including chemical, petrochemical, oil and gas, air separation, cryogenics, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and power generation.
