Parker L. Hufft is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group.
Parker represents private and public companies, institutional investors, and other firm clients in a wide range of corporate and commercial law matters.
He earned his juris doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Tulane Law School, receiving the Order of the Coif distinction. At Tulane Law School, Parker served as a Managing Editor of the Tulane Law Review and served as a Senior Fellow for the Legal Research and Writing Program. He also received the CALI Award for earning the highest grade in Negotiating M&A Transactions. While in law school, Parker worked in the New Orleans office of a national private equity firm.
Prior to law school, Parker was an auditor at Deloitte and, subsequently, at Postlethwaite & Netterville, serving clients in the energy and healthcare industries.
He is a graduate of Louisiana State University, where he earned a bachelor of science in accounting and a master of accountancy. During that time, Parker interned at ExxonMobil and the Hospital Corporation of America.
