For more than 15 years, Rob has advised and defended clients in complex litigation throughout the United States and abroad. His practice emphasizes mass tort and products liability matters, particularly those involving transportation and industrial equipment, including construction and agricultural equipment. Rob’s experience includes representing manufacturers of oilfield machinery, cranes, and other heavy equipment, as well as a major global energy company. He also regularly handles maritime litigation, including personal injury and property damage claims.

Raised in a family of farmers and educators, Rob gained firsthand experience with large machinery from an early age. His upbringing gives him a practical understanding of the industries he represents and enables him to communicate effectively with everyone from operators and engineers to executives and corporate counsel.
