Tyler Hays is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group. He advises clients on a broad range of corporate law, governance, transactional, and related matters.

Tyler earned his juris doctor degree, magna cum laude, at Louisiana State University where he served as a senior editor of the Louisiana Law Review, Volume 84, in which he was also a published author. He was also an academic tutor for legal research and writing, and he worked as a research assistant for the Louisiana State Law Institute in his final semester of law school.
