Drawing on more than 30 years of experience representing clients in litigation, Ginger assists trial counsel with shaping legal issues and preserving issues for appeal. She is often called on to brief pre-trial motions for summary judgment, dismissal of the complaint, motions in limine, post-trial motions for judgment as a matter of law, and new trial. She has written numerous dispositive motions, writ applications, and appellate briefs in a diverse array of substantive legal areas, including antitrust, international law, insurance, securities, toxic tort, contract, construction, class actions, personal injury, and labor and employment matters.
