The international arbitration team at Jones Walker brings decades of experience representing clients in proceedings under the auspices of the world’s leading arbitral institutions and arbitration rules, including the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Court of International Arbitration, the American Arbitration Association’s (AAA), International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), Society of Maritime Arbitrators (SMA), United Nations Commission on International Trade Law Arbitration (UNCITRAL), International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), and the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA). We arbitrate before the National Association of Securities Dealers and under International Bar Association Rules on the Taking of Evidence in International Commercial Arbitration.
