Meghan E. Smith, special counsel in the New Orleans office and a member of the Energy Industry Sector Environmental Team, was selected by the Institute of Energy Law to participate in its Inaugural Leadership Class from September 2018 – April 2019. The class consists of 35 attorneys from seven states and the District of Columbia with legal experience ranging from three to twelve years of practice. This diverse class includes in-house and private practice counsel who have varied experience in oil and gas, environmental, health and safety, power, mining, bankruptcy, cybersecurity, construction, and related areas.
