Allison Bell is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group and co-chairs the firm’s Healthcare Industry Team. She focuses on merger and acquisition transactions.   


Allison represents a wide variety of organizations in a number of key industries, including healthcare, insurance, transportation, and energy.

Allison has extensive experience advising public and private companies in acquisition and divestiture transactions, joint ventures, and other complex business transactions. Allison also represents not-for-profit and for-profit healthcare providers in unique healthcare related transactions, including joint operating agreements and complex strategic affiliations.

Allison also provides corporate and securities law advice to public companies, including US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting obligations and reviewing Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K; proxy statements and press releases; and compliance with corporate governance matters.

  • Represented an offshore marine transportation company in a variety of acquisitions
  • Represented a publicly traded Singapore-based venture capital group in connection with the acquisition of gas transmission assets in the state of Hawaii
