November 19, 2003

On November 3, 2003, Baton Rouge partner Pepper Allgood, assisted on briefs by Ryan Johnson, and Michelle Craig successfully obtained dismissal of claims asserted by contractor J. Caldarera & Co., Inc. against Jones Walker clients URS Corporation and Joseph Levraea in the Nineteenth Judicial District Court.
