Dirk Wegmann is a partner in the firm’s Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group with more than 20 years of litigation experience. His practice focus is commercial civil litigation in both federal and state courts, with substantial litigation experience in the areas of insurance coverage, tax, breach of contract, injunctions, fraud, unfair competition, landlord/tenant, construction, trusts and estates, franchiser-franchisee, partnership, shareholder, expropriation, public bid, mediation, real estate, banking, and intellectual property.  Mr. Wegmann's practice also includes arbitration and appellate work in the state and federal appellate courts. Mr. Wegmann is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana.
