Marc Hebert, a partner in the Corporate and Maritime practice groups, presented at the 2022 API International Trade & Customs Conference in Houston, TX on April 25, 2022. Marc served on a panel with Michael Hebert, US Customs and Border Protection Director of the Jones Act Division of Enforcement, in which they discussed current policies, rulings and enforcement issues under the Jones Act.
