Jones Walker partner Kyle Bacon, co-leader of the firm’s commercial transactions team and head of the Lafayette office, presented at the Lafayette Economic Development Authority’s Business Life Cycle education series on November 17, 2022. Kyle spoke on the panel “Session 8: Property Decisions –Buy, Build, or Lease?” which provided insights for business owners and entrepreneurs on the advantages and disadvantages of leasing and purchasing, best practices for entering into a lease agreement or purchase agreement, and important considerations for selecting a location to grow a business.
