Jeff Barber, a partner, and Stacey Moore Buchanan, an associate, in the Litigation Practice Group in the Jackson office, were contributing authors to the recently published Encyclopedia of Mississippi Law (Third Edition), authoring the chapter “Debtor-Creditor Relations.” The Encyclopedia is regularly cited as authority by state and federal courts.
