Jeff Barber and Kristina Johnson, partners on the bankruptcy and creditors’ rights team in the Jackson office, attended the 36th Annual Bankruptcy & Restructuring Conference Virtual Series on June 16, 2020, and sponsored by Jones Walker LLP. Kristina served on the planning committee and organized “The 5 W’s of a Successful Mediation” panel. As a graduate of St. John’s University School of Law/American Bankruptcy Institute’s Bankruptcy Mediation Training program, Jeff served as moderator of a panel of bankruptcy mediators who provided attendees with tips for an effective bankruptcy mediation.
