Jeffrey R. Barber and Adam Stone, both partners in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the Jackson office, will speak at the Continuing Legal Education Seminar hosted by The University of Mississippi School of Law on "Current in Issues in Real Estate/Foreclosure Law" on July 22, 2016, in Ridgeland, Mississippi. Mr. Barber’s presentation will discuss the issues of obtaining possession of foreclosed property. Mr. Stone will provide an overview of Mississippi’s lien laws.
