Jeff Barber, a partner in the Litigation Practice Group in the Jackson office, has been elected to serve as President of the Mississippi Bankruptcy Conference. Jeff was elected at the Mississippi Bankruptcy Conference Annual Seminar, held in Flowood, Mississippi, November 13⁠–14, 2025. The Mississippi Bankruptcy Conference is a not-for-profit organization created to provide an annual seminar for bankruptcy practitioners to receive continued education about bankruptcy law and stay abreast of changes and trends.
