Jeffrey R. Barber, a partner in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the Jackson office, spoke at the 35th Annual Seminar of the Mississippi Bankruptcy Conference at the Hilton-Jackson on December 10, 2015. The conference covered various issues related to bankruptcy including Supreme Court updates, necessary skills for bankruptcy attorneys, consumer and business cases, DIP financing, structured dismissal, gifting, and credit-bidding. Mr. Barber's presentation focused on recent developments in commercial bankruptcy cases.
