Jeffrey R. Barber, a partner in the firm’s Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the Jackson office, presented, “Overview of Bankruptcy” to the Mississippi Paralegal Association (MPA) on July 25, 2013 at the Capital Club.  The presentation was streamed to multiple remote locations.  The Mississippi Paralegal Association was founded in 1980 by paralegals/legal assistants in Mississippi who wished to encourage a high order of ethical and professional attainment.  MPA is kept abreast of national affairs and news through its affiliation with the National Association of Legal Assistants, Inc.
