Steven F. Casey, a partner in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group, has been appointed Vice Chair of the Defense Research Institute ("DRI") Products Liability Committee's Aviation & Aerospace Specialty Law Group. The Products Liability Committee is comprised of 18 Specialty Law Groups. Each Specialty Law Group is focused on either a specific type of product, group of products, or particular issues within products liability law and is guided by a steering committee comprised of knowledgeable and talented practitioners.
