Steven F. Casey, a partner in the firm’s Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the Birmingham office, recently presented on the subject of drones at the DRI Product Liability Annual Conference held in New Orleans, Louisiana, the week of February 1, 2016. Mr. Casey also appeared on a panel discussion, "Not to Drone On...A Deeper Dive and Hover into Unmanned Aerial Devices." A highlight of the panel discussion was a live demonstration of a drone operation with video, piloted by a representative of Atmosphere Aerial in Baton Rouge. Mr. Casey serves as Chair of the Aviation & Aerospace Specialized Litigation Group for DRI's Product Liability Committee.
