Steven F. Casey, a partner in the firm’s Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the Birmingham office, has been selected to serve on the 2015 Legislative Action Committee of the Community Associations Institute's ("CAI") Alabama Chapter. This will be Mr. Casey's fourth year to serve on the committee. The CAI is an international organization dedicated to building better communities. The Legislative Action Committee studies and reports on legislative efforts that affect the rights of homeowner associations.
