Steven F. Casey, a partner in the firm’s Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the Birmingham office, has been selected to serve a third year on the Legislative Action Committee of the Community Associations Institute’s ("CAI") Alabama Chapter. The CAI is an international organization dedicated to building better communities. The Legislative Action Committee studies and reports on legislative efforts that affect the rights of homeowner associations.
