Richard J. Tyler, a partner in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the New Orleans office, authored a chapter on arbitration discovery in the book Construction ADR, recently published by the American Bar Association Forum on the Construction Industry. The chapter addresses topics such as party and third-party document production, depositions, electronically stored information, and discovery subpoenas. Mr. Tyler is a former member of the Forum's Governing Committee, and has previously contributed to the Forum's textbook, Construction Law, and co-edited the Forum's book, Construction Defects.
