Tyler, FCIArb, a partner on the Construction Team in the New Orleans office, served as a panelist for the "Construction Arbitration From the Arbitrator's Perspective" webinar presented on August 19, 2026, by the State Bar of Georgia's Construction Law Section. Rich, together with fellow national arbitrators Adrian Bastianelli, Peter Crofton, Eileen Diepenbrock, and Ken Roberts, walked through the various phases of an arbitration and discussed effective advocacy at each stage, including dos and don’ts for attorneys and parties appearing before them.
