Partner Matt Mantle and associate Jeff Birdsong of the firm's state and local tax team each presented at the 2022 Annual Liaison Meeting with the Louisiana Department of Revenue and the Taxation Section of the Louisiana State Bar Association (LSBA) on December 2, 2022. Matt presented “Hot Topics in Louisiana Tax” and Jeff presented “Cryptocurrency and Blockchain-Based Assets.” Trevor Wilson, a partner in the firm’s Tax Practice Group and current Program Chair of the Taxation Section of the LSBA, delivered opening remarks for the event.
