Steven F. Casey, partner in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group,will present at an upcoming DRI Drug and Medical Device Seminar. Mr. Casey’s topic titled, "Don’t Give Up on Your Warnings”" will discuss how warnings can be used in the successful defense of drug and device cases.
