Marc Hebert, a partner in the Corporate and Maritime practice groups and team lead for the firm's international trade and maritime compliance working group, presented at the 2023 American Petroleum Institute (API) International Trade & Customs Conference in San Antonio, Texas from April 16 to April 18, 2023. Marc co-presented on the panel "Duty Drawback/Superfund Update," which highlighted changes in federal excise tax law and policy that give rise to petroleum refiners and traders ability to participate in export promotion programs.
