Lafayette attorneys, Robbie Mahtook, an associate in the Corporate Practice Group, and Blair Suire, a partner on the intellectual property team, presented virtually in the Opportunity Machine (OM) "Boot Camp" series on July 13, 2021. Robbie and Blair's presentation "Entity Formation Issues from a Legal Perspective" discussed considerations in the process of forming a business entity including liability, tax, and trademark considerations. OM is a Lafayette based organization that helps to grow business and entrepreneurship by providing business education, guidance, and risk reduction for small business owners. The OM's Small Business Boot Camp series runs until August 3.
