Robert Mahtook is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group. His practice focuses on commercial real estate, development, and renewable energy matters. Robbie is a member of the Energy, Environmental & Natural Resources Industry Team and co-leads the clean energy and energy transition team.

Robbie is experienced in complex real estate transactions, including land acquisitions, lease negotiations and examinations, property development, real estate finance, and title review. His work with developers and land owners includes contracting commercial leasing agreements for office buildings and with national retail chains.

His transactional practice also includes representing clients with the development of renewable energy projects. Robbie assists clients with lease structuring, survey access, site control, title review, right-of-way and leasehold acquisitions, landowner negotiations, regulatory issues, expropriations, and preparation of transactional documents. Robbie also assists with permitting, land use, and economic development incentives for renewable projects.
