Dan McGinn, special counsel on the Gaming Industry Team in the Tallahassee office, presented at the SBC Summit Americas conference on May 15, 2025, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Representing the International Masters of Gaming Law (IMGL), Dan co-presented the IMGL masterclass session "From Legal to Legitimate: Post-Regulation Priorities in Gambling." Dan discussed current issues as well as strategies that may help build public trust and long-term industry legitimacy to online gaming in regulated jurisdictions.
