Jones Walker attorneys Herman "Bubba" J. Gesser, III and Richard J. Tyler will speak at an upcoming Lorman Education Services seminar on AIA Contracts. The seminar will take place at the Holiday Inn South in Baton Rouge on Tuesday, April 29, 2008, with Mr. Gesser opening the seminar at 8:30 a.m. and speaking in two sessions, titled "AIA Contract Documents System" and "Owner-Architect Agreements—B101, B102 and B201-2007," at 8:45 a.m. and 9:15 a.m., respectively. Mr. Gesser will also serve as the seminar moderator.
Mr. Tyler's session, titled "Owner-Contractor Agreement—2007 A101 and A201 General Conditions," will begin at 10:40 a.m. and conclude at 1:45 p.m., with a brief lunch break.
