United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has published a new version of Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification. Although the form was released last week on January 31, 2020, employers will be given additional time to make necessary updates and adjust their business processes. The new form, which has a version date of 10/21/2019, must be used on or before April 30, 2020. The version date is located in the lower left corner of the form.
