Mary Ellen concentrates on business immigration and immigration compliance matters. She assists corporate clients hiring foreign nationals in the visa application process, advises and trains employers on immigration compliance, and represents clients served with ICE inspections and subpoenas. Prior to serving in this capacity, Mary Ellen represented and counseled employers in civil rights, and other employment-related matters.
