Partners Marc Hebert, Lara DiCristina, and Chris Ulfers participated in this year's Greater New Orleans Barge Fleeting Association (GNOFBA) Seminar on April 26–28, 2023. Marc served as a seminar moderator, featuring a series of panel sessions addressing legal, insurance, regulatory, medical, and other timely issues facing the barge, fleeting and towboat industry. Lara co-presented on maritime personal injury lawsuits brought by the seaman/claimant focusing on pre-existing injuries and maintenance and cure and Chris served as a panelist, discussing the differences in bareboat, time charter & towage agreements.
