Jones Walker partners Jefferson R. Tillery and Marc C. Hebert recently participated in the Greater New Orleans Barge Fleeting Association River and Marine Industry Seminar. The 2007 seminar, which was held at the Hotel InterContinental New Orleans from April 25–27, is respected world-wide as one of the premier seminars in the marine industry. Tillery presented on “Recent Developments in the Law and the Effect on the Marine Industry Since April 2006,” while Hebert served on the Seminar Steering Committee and also as a panel moderator on the anticipated ever-increasing U.S. Coast Guard requirements of “Crew Endurance Management System” for boat owners.
