Jones Walker partners Marc C. Hebert and Jefferson R. Tillery will serve as panel moderators at the Greater New Orleans Barge Fleeting Association River and Marine Industry Seminar at the Hotel InterContinental New Orleans from April 23 to 25, 2008.  Tillery will present on "The Collision – A 'SCENARIO' With Damage and Sinking" and "The Basic Action for Each Party to Immediately Take and --- What, How and Why!"  Hebert will present on "The Transportation Worker Identification Credentials (TWIC) Program" and "Hiring the Illegal Immigrant or the Migrant Worker."  Hebert also serves on the Seminar Committee. GNOBFA is a non-profit association of companies engaged in the operation of barge fleets and towboats throughout the United States.  The River and Marine Industry Seminar is respected worldwide as one of the premier seminars in the marine industry.
