Marc Hebert, a partner in the Corporate and Maritime practice groups, and Ford Wogan, a partner in the Maritime Practice Group, presented at the CMA Shipping 2021 Annual Conference as part of North American Shipping Week. Marc served as a panelist on "The Crew Change Crisis: Lessons Learned and Future Challenges" panel and discussed hot topics including the seafarer vaccination debate, lessons learned from the crew change crisis, and how digital platforms are improving training and enhancing safe and efficient operations at sea. Ford presented "The Shifting Seas of Seaman Status" and outlined recent case law and developments with significant impacts on seaman status issues.
