Marc C. Hebert, a partner in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the New Orleans office, has been elected Chairman of the Greater New Orleans Port Safety Council for 2016. Mr. Hebert previously served as the Chairman in 2011. The Greater New Orleans Port Safety Council is dedicated to promoting navigational safety in the Lower Mississippi River port complex. The council provides a forum to identify and assess safety and security issues as well as plan and implement collaborative solutions.
