Jones Walker partner Marc Hebert has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Mississippi Valley Trade & Transport Council.  He has also been appointed Secretary of the Executive Board. Based in New Orleans, the Mississippi Valley Trade & Transport Council promotes commerce and cargo shipping throughout the Mississippi River system.
