Hebert, a partner in the Admiralty & Maritime, Business & Commercial Litigation and Government Relations Practice Groups in the New Orleans office, gave a joint presentation with Rick Dunn, president of SafeMARINER, on May 14, 2018 at the New Orleans Propeller Club, a non-profit dedicated to the enhancement of the maritime community. The presentation covered safety management systems and regulatory compliance, in preparation for Subchapter M, a new provision of the U.S. Coast Guard’s safety compliance rules that will take effect on June 20, 2018.
