Marc Hebert, a partner in the New Orleans office, presented at the INTERCEM Shipping Americas 2021 Conference held June 2–3, 2021. During the presentation, Marc discussed legal issues in cement shipping post-pandemic, such as the application of force majeure to pandemics, and delays caused by deviation, quarantine, documentation, additional costs and charges due to delays, as well as ways to avoid liability for such delays.
