Marc C. Hebert, a partner in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the New Orleans office, has been reelected Vice Chairman of the Mississippi Valley Trade & Transport Council, where he also serves on the Board of Directors. Mr. Hebert has held his position as vice chair since 2012 and has been a member of the board since 2007. Based in New Orleans, the Mississippi Valley Trade & Transport Council promotes commerce and cargo shipping throughout the Mississippi River system.
