Jones Walker partner Marc Hebert has been appointed by the Mississippi Valley Trade & Transport Council as its representative to sit on the Louisiana Deep Water Port & Transfer Station Task Force.  The Task Force was formed to study the technological feasibility of building a deep water port and its impact on Louisiana consumers.  Hebert also currently serves as a Board Member and Secretary of the Board of Directors for the MVTTC.
