Robert B. House, partner in the firm’s Business & Commercial Transactions Practice Group, and Christopher R. In their article titled, “Waiver of Uninsured Motorist Coverage: Legislative and Regulatory Response to Honeycutt,” Bobby and Chris explain additional regulations that have been mandated by the    Mississippi Department of Insurance. The article provides an overview of the exposure insurance agencies have when insuring individuals that reject uninsured motorists coverage from their insurance provider.
