C. Ellis Brazeal, III, J. David Moore, and Alan M. Warfield, partners in the firm’s Birmingham office and members of the Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group, and Bradley R. Byrne, partner in the firm’s Mobile office and member of the Business & Commercial Transactions Practice Group, will present at an upcoming Lorman Seminar. The seminar titled, "What to Do When Construction Projects Go Bad" will provide attendees with insight into the construction process, including issues surrounding insurance, termination, liens, and bond claims. The program will also focus on how to effectively handle claims and disputes.

The seminar will take place Thursday, February 23, 2012, at the Harbert Center in Birmingham, Alabama, beginning at 8:30 a.m., and CLE credits will be offered.
