Partners, Boyd A. Bryan, David M. Hunter, and Seth A. Levine, together with associate Jeffrey P. Good assisted the Bank of China in leading the financing for Yuhuang Chemical, Inc. (YCI) to construct a large methanol project in St. James Parish, Louisiana. The deal marks substantial Chinese private investment in Louisiana and is the first private-company construction project financing led by Bank of China in the United States.
